PROJECTS: The National Project for Private Universities (Helwan Private University) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Project management according to the contract agreement and project particular conditions. * Define clear team role and responsibilities * Ensure that the project is delivered according to specifications, * monitoring the construction activities of the project accordingly in line with project schedule * monitoring to required QHSE standards and implements safe working environment at job site.

PROJECTS: • Akoya by DAMAC (Phase 1 & 2 Golf Community), DUBAI, UAE (DAMAC) • Residential Development at Nad Al Shiba Third- Construction of 489 Villas and Associated Infrastructure Works - Package 1, DUBAI, UAE (NAKHEEL) • Dubai Creek Harbour – Harbour Gate Tower Project, Dubai, UAE (EMAAR) • Palm Jumeirah – Palm Tower Project, Dubai, UAE (NAKHEEL) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget • Responsible to manage and oversee the construction activities of the project. • To plan, develop and organize the construction effort and formulate the cost effective and timely completion of work scope. • Day to day monitoring the works and allocate resources accordingly in line with project schedule. • Defines clear role and responsibilities of the team and fix targets / deliverables on daily basis. • Adhere to required QHSE standards and implements safe working environment at job site.
