Duties : 1-Organize the staff work and manpower of different functions, strategies, process, rules 2- Control the accounting process, design and track financial data, plans and projections 3- Formulate strategies and enable all financial resources to optimize organizational liquidity 4- Oversee preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements 5- Directing the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, payable, revenue Distribution,depreciation, cost, property, operating expenses, fixed assets, trial balances 6- Establishing system control of financial systems,developing procedures to improve existing systems 7- Oversee cash flow planning to ensure availabilityof funds as needed plus investment,asset management 8- Banking accounts (current acc- loans-L/C- L/G- final Preliminary guarantee- banking facilities 9- Cost accounting, controlling peg and costs – designing the plane of pricing 10- Review payments certificates, and operation of collections and finances banking 11-Makes budget recommendations for various departments to restriction revenue&capital budget 12- Develop financial business plans and forecasts. And Participate in corporate policy development 13- Develop& maintain productive relationships with auditors,bankers,other financial institutions 14- Preparing the accounting reports, financial statements, analysis of general accounts
