Project : BOSLA 03 & 04 - POLARIS PARKS Responsibilities: In charge of a team consists of (1 Senior engineer, 2Junior engineers,1 Technical Office Engineer , 2Forman ) as a team leader site Engineer Supervision of implementation of Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems -infrastructure works planning and coordinating site mechanical works with the civil and architect teams. Coordinating the different mechanical site activities in the project. Performing construction inspections and coordination for ongoing site operations. Submit monthly & weekly reports to the project manager. Make a weekly meeting with my team to discuss the following:- differences between (planed & actual) activities and the reasons of failure to achieve planed activities, Every one displays the problems that faced him and we share solutions to reach the best solution. Put the next week goals and activities to each team and discuss requirements of each team within limits available on the site.
