Job Duties & Responsibilities:  Develop and implement all HR strategies, policies, systems and initiatives aligned with overall business strategies and objectives.  Lead and oversee HR programs such as talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, employee recognition, and retention programs to attract and retain high calibers.  Develop and update organizational structures & departmental charts in line with strategic directions.  Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.  Review and update the company handbook to ensure policies are compliant with relevant laws.
