Duties and Responsibility : • Inspecting the hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards and identify problems and necessary maintenance  Preparing and executing maintenance schedules and projects in a manner that does not disturb guests  Supervising and training a team of maintenance technicians and coordinating with other departments to streamline operations  Conducting and overseeing routine and preventive maintenance and repairs of hotel facilities and equipment  Reviewing guest complaints, concerns, or issues and responding to them appropriately  Monitoring and controlling maintenance expenses and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
