I have more than (4) years of experience in the field of reception , puplic relations and inquiries in
hospital and medical centers , where i perform several job tasks including : – Receiving patients and
their families , reassuring them and answering all their questions and inquiries. – Directing patients
and their families to clinics , departments and facilities where doctors provide medical care for
them. – Coordinate patient booking and visits to verious departments within the hospital. -Preparing
periodic reports for administrators and decision makers in hospitals.

Communicating with doctors and patients, completing the paperwork for the operations, setting an appointment for the operation with the doctor, then communicating with the patient to coordinate the appointment with him, then following up with the cases.
