• Recording and reviewing financial transactions in the treasury • Review the expenses of the departments: Umrah - Hotels - Domestic Tourism - Foreign Tourism - Airline • Tickets - Visas and record them in journal entries. • Following up on hotel and airline ticket reservations and supervising their expenses • Reviewing the accounts of companies, suppliers and customers • Follow up inventory balances • Dealing with banks, reviewing and matching balances, and also following up on checks • closing entry of financial advances with employees • Closing tourist and religious files on the accounting system • Archiving documents related to expenses
Design of book accounting systems,Using computers and software. • Preparation of different financial statements in accordance with Egyptian accounting standards.
