Duties and Responsibilities: Represents the hotel with all telephone calls from in house and non in house guests. Answers all inquiries from guests with the most friendly, courteous and efficient manner. Assists guests with any restaurant, tour or hotel reservations. To be knowledgeable of hotel policies and procedures, including emergency procedures and know what to do when emergency arises. Receives requests for wake up calls. Sort out and organize faxes and messages for guests. Assists with reservations after closing hours of Room Reservations. Assists with Business Centre related matters. Assists guests with luggage for arrival and departure. Escorts all VIP's, long staying guests and return guests to the room.
