 Responsible for all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment (chillers, air handlers, a/c systems, coolers, and heaters –diesel generators and UPS).  Supervision on outsource contractors.  Following up maintenance companies’ contracts.  Following up purchasing orders  Plan, coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance of all the mechanical and electrical utilities such as HVAC equipment (chillers, air handlers, a/c systems, coolers, andheaters –diesel generators and UPS).  Execute all (Hard Services) maintenance activitiesrelated to Plumbing, Drainage, FireFighting & Electrical Systems. Supervise Execution of maintenance plans concerning periodic, preventive, and corrective activities. Monitoring the electrical and chilled water consumption with confirming whether it meets the budget or not. if there is an increase, an investigation for reasons for the increase is carried out. Provide the spare parts and tools to execute the corrective and preventive maintenance and the safety equipment as well. Ensure that maintenance activities and installations are performed safely (applying safety first principle ). Prepare the method of statement and risk assessment for all maintenance activities. Coordinate and supervise installation and maintenance by contractors or outside vendors for the development, replacement, and renovations. Carry out regular audits to confirm the continuity of the operation as agreed with the customer and identify the major issues.  Issuing the monthly report for Trouble tickets and the preventive maintenance during the month.  Supervising and distributing the daily maintenance work of the building .  Supervising the daily workflow with the maintenance team and solving daily problems  Holding regular meetings of maintenance department staff to discuss the work procedures, the extent of the implementation of the agreed plan, and to Identify the difficulties they face in performing their duties, and work to resolve them.

1-installation of all infrastructure sewage network. 2- Managing / Installation of infrastructure irrigation network. 3-installing infrastructure water supply network System. 4- Managing / installing water supply system. 5- acting as A QC Engineer (Receive all materials and ensure that are according to the_required specifications and raise to CM, ensure that samples are taken and approved for )testing and certification. 6- Submit weekly and monthly reports for work progress to CM. 7- Coordinating daily work with the supervisor and following up on the implementation of the_work. 8- Follow-up of excavation and replacement operations according to the executive board and_follow-up of the surveying department. 9- Provide solutions to problems facing work and work to implement the solution_Executing the work according to the project boards and specification.

1- Managing / installation of Air Handling units (AHU’S), Fan Coil Units (FCU’S), Supply & Exhaust fans, VAV Boxes and Risers. 2- Receiving all types of joints, including thread, welding, and grooves, and follow-up of all connection steps. 3-Doing all tests for sheet metal ducts and chilled water pipes to be handed over to the_consultant. 4-Managing / Installation of Chilled Water supply pipes Network Including Hookup of AHU’S &FCU'S and Risers. 5-Managing subcontractor for installing /Supplying Ductwork of HVAC System. 6-Managing subcontractor for installing /Supplying chilled water system. 7- acting as A QC Engineer (Receive all materials and ensure that are according to the_required specifications and raise to CM, ensure that samples are taken and approved for )testing and certification. 8- Submit weekly and monthly reports for work progress to CM.
